Always we have pointed on the force of our origins, we strongly trust on the value of territorial products, working only olives  typical of our territory and certifying all our products with 100% Origin Italian from more THREE GENERATIONS.

The quality of our Oil is guaranteed  by tight controls made during the phases of manufacturing process, and by controls on organoleptic characteristics of oil made before bottling. The experience acquired in the course of years, between the formation to O.N.A.O.O. (National Association Olive Oil Taster), it has permit  to reach an high level of professionality and absolutely necessary for continue to offer high quality products.

 

BECAUSE IS ECONOMIC

We are producers and follow any phase of manufacturing process, from the collection to the bottling, we direct to sell the product obtained to our costumers, also in our shop, so shortening the supply chain and jumping costly passages. For this our  extra virgin olive oil is of high quality but at a price definitely significantly lower than that olive oil with similar characteristics which you find in traditional shops.

We deliver our products in solid cartons within 5 working days from the date of order, with national express courier.

The history of Our Company is long over a century, but only by 1954, my grandfather Alfredo, transported by his innate passion for sane and genuine  products of “earth”, decides to fully exploit the agricultural potential of hills Fosdinovesi and dedicates then activity of Frantoiano:

The history of Our Company is long over a century, but only by 1954, Alfredo Petacchi, nicknamed “il moro”, decided to exploit the agricultural potential of Fosdinovo’s hills and he fouded FRANTOIO MORO.
“Always belive and never give up” was his motto
His passion has contributed to the development of company , also thanks to the acquired of new production technologies.
Our family-owned company now in the hands of its fourth generation, we continue to believe in the local economy and in the development of extravirgin olive Oil certificate IGP.
We have also decided to not abandon the historical activity of family, the GRINDING STONE, ancient grinding system of cereals that give to the flour the fragrance and genuinity not found in the industrial production;  currently we produce flour of high quality certificated 100% Italian and Tuscan adapt for the daily use.


We continue the ancient craft following the precious teachings of our Grandfather: “The respect for the consumer and the love for our work”

We Belive in raw material’s qualities and a short production chain, so we directly manage 1200 olive plant in our territory and we cultivate over than 3 hectare of cereals.


We produce extravirgin olive oil from our land and stone-ground flour from 100% Tuscan grains and other products in which use our raw materials.

 

BECAUSE BY OUR SITES BORN THE PRODUCTS

Our company borns in the High Tuscany on hills of Fosdinovo, ancient village of ‘200 situates to 550 mt. s.l.m. The hills of Fosdinovo are utilized by ever, in agricolture, for the cultivation of vineyards and olive groves: infact, the favorable geographic location, the enviable environment, Mediterraneo climate, the right temperatures and the excellent exposition of the same hills,  allow to the olives groves to make a fruit sane and genuine for the production of extra virgin olive oil.
