Researchers of Oncologic Institute in Catalonia and of Biomedical research Institute of Girona have discovered one particular molecule into the Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is to delete cancer cells of breast cancer; it is know as “Oleosite”.
The search shows oleosite’s activity against to metabolism of sick cells and against to some genes of pathology. Double mechanism cause the loss of functional properties which define cancer cells and inhibit capacity to restart the formation of cancer.
