Ingredients: Taggiasca Olives, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Spices.
Obtained by grinding of "taggiasca" olives appropriately private of core and stored in jars with addition of extra virgin olive oil, salt and spices. This product inebriates with intense and firm flavor of black olives, but at same time it’s delicate and adapt for pasta dishes or spread on croutons for tasty appetizers; also it’s excellent to prepare rustic sauces.
