Rice Flour
This flour is obtained from grinding of rice, in particular white rice, and it's pure starch. Very fine and from white pearl color this flour is indispensable for who suffers from food intollerances, as it is ideal to the preparation of every food from the pasta to cakes; often very used in kitchen also as thickner and to make slight batters for frying. The rice flour can be mixed togheter to other flours to make them lighter.
