COUS COUS
Produced from the coarse grinding of durum wheat, the cous cous is a typical dish of North Africa and of Western Sicily. Typically accompanied with meat stew and boiled vegetables and can be made spicy with use of spices; its cooking is very fast because just cover it with water or broth boiling for about 10 minutes, until swells. Once stirred with a fork is ready to be seasoned and served.
