Honey by local producers which comes from a set of plants that every years changing, but in the same area of reference maintains a constant overall profile. Its color is amber, odor is of medium intensity with caramelized notes, taste is sweet sometimes with a slight bitter note; the crystallization is after some month.

Thanks to its properties, wildflower honey lends itself to many uses among the most classic, to be sugar substitute, to be spread on the bread and rusks and as ingredient into preparation of cakes.
