These pitted olives are obtained by exclusively taggiasche olives,are left to rest for ¾ mounth in water and salt and then are conserved in jars with the addition of natural flavours. They are a product of ligurian tradition and have an ancient origin, you can taste them during the appetizers, to accompany main courses of meat, to prepare sauces for dishes and into salads.
