PESTO GENOVESE
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil 57%, Parmigiano cheese and other seasoned cheese , pine nuts, cashew nuts, garlic, salt, acidity regulator .
“Pesto alla Genovese” is prepared according to the ancient Ligurian recipe, utilizing fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, Parmigiano cheese, pine nuts and salt. As tradition wants basil, pine nuts and garlic crushed raw and the whole is seasoned by Parmigiano cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Every dish, from fresh pasta, to soup, to pizza, to boiled vegetables, thanks to its unique flavor, become unique in appearance and taste.
