Ingredients:
basil dop 14%, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano cheese , sunflower seed oil , walnuts, pine nuts, vegetable fiber, salt, garlic. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: sorbic acid.
“Pesto ” is prepared according to the ancient Ligurian recipe, utilizing fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, pine nuts and salt. As tradition wants basil and pine nuts crushed raw and the whole is seasoned by cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
