COUNTRYSIDE SOUP
Components: Beans: white, eye, cranberry, split peas, beans "rossoni", green lentils and peeled lentils red and yellow.
Healthy soup, nutrient and tasty, simple to prepare and secure succesfull. It's advisable leave it soak for 8/12 hours. Put the soup in cold water ( for 4 people, 1 liter of water and half kilo of product). Cook for 90 minutes since the boil,stir occasionally and control that the density is the one you want, added if neccesary a bit of water.
