PANIGACCI
Ingredients: Flour of wheat type '0', water, flour of mais, iodized salt.
The Panigaccio is a product indefinable, similar as bread, as scone, as puff pastry, as piadina. Made with flour, water and salt, is then cooked in a particular mode at high temperatures; an products very simple but particularly tasty.
As second dish: reheat for some minutes in the toaster or grill / electric plate. Serve just baked accompanying with bacon, lard, salami or ham, but also with soft cheese as stracchino or gorgonzola. Lend themselves to a variety fillings of fantasy: tomatoes and mozzarella or grilled vegetables! Appetizing to the end of meal: with chocolate, honey or jam spread.
