An old family recipe
Artisanal Amaro Nonno Moro celebrate the history of our family business. Every year, during the month of February, at the time of pruning, Nonno Alfredo, known as 'il Moro', would hole up in the backyard to make his bitter. The ingredients that formed the basis of the recipe were simple: olive leaves, steeped, and a secret mixture of herbs and citrus fruits.
